After several years of fire management duties through out the USA and serving as a national fire instructor, in 1999 Wes Hunter decided to form a partnership with Rick Herson to develop and manufacture fire suppression equipment, namely the patented CAFS system. Rick had extensive experience in contracting forestry and wild land fire fighting. This combined with Wes's knowledge proved to be a successful combination which produced 3 years of extensive research and development the proposed CAFS system, in 2002 the CAFS system was ready for commercial manufacture.
Units have now been sold around the world including the fire department in Kentucky USA, an offshore oil platform in Nigeria and an oil field operation in Louisiana USA.
Rick and Wes with the help of their manufacturing division produce a first class product in every instance. Every product sold is supported by a phone and email support service as a very minimum.

Owned and operated by Todd Grigo and his wife Nicole Fire Solutions Australia provide a friendly and courteous service.
In addition to the Compressed Air Foam Systems, Todd has many
years of experience in commercial fire detection system maintenance and
installations including shopping centres and hospitals. Todd also holds a
graduate diploma in business (ECU), a certificate of trade studies (electrical)
and a trade certificate (electrical).

We provide our systems with Work Safe Australia approval certificates, build test certificates and a full operation and maintenance manual. We also back our product with our own internal service and maintenance division.
